At Trisor, the vault door remains permanently locked during normal operations. Thanks to our advanced robots in the vault, the safety deposit boxes are transported through a small tunnel directly to the issuing terminals in the individual customer cabins.

In contrast, banks and private providers who refit old bank vaults, such as Citysafes, operate with the vaults open during access times. Customers enter the vault and open their compartment with a key. In the event of a robbery, several safety deposit boxes can be broken into with a crowbar. In addition, an employee must always be on site to open the safe at the start of the day's business, which creates opportunities for robberies, threats and extortion over the employee to get access into the vault.

This is not the case at Trisor. Our safes remain locked and cannot be opened by staff present, ensuring the highest level of security.

At Trisor, you have access to your safety deposit box at any time, without an appointment or registration process at the entrace. Thanks to our robot system, the customer cards with fingerprint and 24/7 security on site, you can use your safety deposit box flexibly.

In contrast, banks and most non-bank providers only offer access during certain opening hours and often only by prior appointment.

At Trisor, security guards are on site at every location 24 hours a day, every day of the year. In contrast, almost all other providers only offer security guards during opening hours and sometimes only via camera surveillance, not on-site personnel. In the past, for example, this has led to bank break-ins being detected very late, as nobody was present during the weekends.

At Trisor, we place great value on personal service on site and customer-friendly service hours, including on weekends for working people. You can reach our customer service on site and by phone from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We also offer a digital customer portal that covers the desire for self-service.

In contrast, most other safety deposit box providers only have limited service hours on weekdays and changes to contracts or settings are only possible upon request or on site with an appointment.

Trisor offers various plans to give you a good price for a safety deposit box while keeping the high security benefits. As of July 2024, comparable providers with robot technology are twice as expensive as Trisor in the Classic plan. Providers with classic vault systems, which offer less security due to the open vault door during operation, are only slightly cheaper than our Classic plan and have only limited access times.

Your safe deposit box is securely housed in a ECB-S certified vault of a security level 10. Access to your safe deposit box is triple-secured: (1) With your access card, you enter the location. (2) With your card and PIN, you have access to the discretion cabin. (3) With your card, PIN, and fingerprint, you authenticate in the cabin and the safe deposit box will be brought to you.
At Trisor, your safe deposit box is secured with a 3-factor authentication, giving you potential 24/7 access to your valuables without an appointment or the presence of Trisor staff. The lockers are dispensed by our robotics in private, spacious security cabins - unlike some banks, we emphasize that our customers can handle their stored valuables in peace and discretion. No one on-site has or can gain access to the vault - breaking into a multitude of lockers outside of business hours, as occasionally observed in banks in the past, is not possible with us. Our locations are guarded by security personnel 24 hours a day, and our vaults meet the highest security standards. Due to our independence from banks, you can easily rent a safe deposit box with us and do not need an account with us.
Our locations are accessible to our customers at all times. Accordingly, you can access your safe deposit box any day of the week at any time. In addition, our customer advisors are available both on-site and by phone from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
