Contract Plans

Trisor offers two different contract durations, depending on the chosen plan, to meet the needs of our customers. Monthly Duration*: Our classic monthly contracts have a minimum contract duration of 6 months and automatically renew for an additional month thereafter. The notice period for termination is 4 weeks before the end of the chosen duration. Annual Duration: Our annual contracts can be terminated up to one month before the expiration of the contract duration agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion. If the contract is not terminated, it automatically renews for one year. The notice period here is also 4 weeks before the end of the chosen duration. For the Flex Option, the notice period is waived. *Available only for customers with Standard or Premium plan.

Safe deposit boxes at Trisor start at just €14.95 per month. Trisor offers three different plans to meet the needs of all customers. Depending on the selected plan, different benefits are available. You can choose from three different sizes of safe deposit boxes with us, according to your personal needs. If space ever becomes insufficient, you can flexibly* upgrade to a larger box at any time. Similarly, after the minimum contract duration, it's possible to downgrade to a smaller box. *within the selected plan, subject to availability, and with prior appointment scheduling

We primarily offer payments via SEPA direct debit, credit card, or cash. Depending on your chosen plan and duration, different payment methods are available to you.

Yes, you can conveniently and discreetly pay the annual contract in cash in both the Standard and Premium plans.

Yes, you can authorize additional persons to access your safe deposit box. Each authorized person receives their own access card and can use the box with their own PIN and fingerprint. A valid ID (identity card or passport) is required for activation. You can authorize as many people as you like. Depending on your product plan, a certain number of access authorizations are included for free. Each additional authorized person can be added for a one-time activation fee. The exact price can be found in the list of prices and services.

Yes, you can also rent a safe deposit box as a company and add up to five access authorizations. In the Premium plan, you have access to all benefits in full.

The Flex Option shortens the minimum contract duration to one month and bypasses the 4-week notice period. With the Flex Option, you can cancel until the last day of the duration (the end of the current contract month). This allows you to remain flexible and adjust the use of the safe deposit box according to your needs. Please note that the confirmation of emptying the safe deposit box, as well as the return of the keys and access card, must always occur before the end of the duration.

No, the activation is not counted as a paid access frequency. The frequency included in the plan remains unaffected on the day of activation, and you can deposit your valuables in your safe deposit box in discreet privacy after activation, without the presence of service personnel.

Yes, to provide you with maximum flexibility, every customer, regardless of the chosen plan, has the option to access the safe deposit box 24/7. If access occurs outside the included access times or frequencies specified in the plan, a one-time usage fee is incurred, which you can find in the terms of your contract.
