    Book a non-binding consultation appointment at the location of your choice – online or by phone. During the appointment, you’ll also receive information about the KYC check required for business customers.

    KYC check

    As part of a legally required KYC check, we authenticate your company. We’ll need relevant documents, which you can email to us or present on-site. This check is required before a contract can be created.

  • STEP 3

    On-site appointment & activation

    During your on-site appointment, we’ll provide personalized consultation, answer any open questions, and issue your personal customer card. Please note that each authorized employee needs their own access card and must identify themselves in person. Your safe deposit box will then be activated.

If the person named as the holder in the contract terminates their affiliation with the company, we require a written notice from the company naming a new authorized person. The previous holder’s access rights will be revoked for security reasons, and the new access set up – including new authentication credentials. This change must be confirmed by an authorized representative (such as management, HR, or compliance).

Yes, you may use a combination lock instead. The one-time conversion is charged per your plan’s price list.

Generally, access to the delivery cabin is allowed only individually to prevent potential security risks. For business customers, however, dual access via the four-eyes principle is available: the box is released only after both authorized users have each authenticated three times.

The contract owner can remove authorized users at any time via the customer portal. Adding or replacing users, however, is only possible on-site after personal identification of the new individual. Please contact our on-site team for this. This policy is in place to ensure your safety and the protection of your safe deposit box.

Yes — you can add extra individuals (e.g., colleagues or family) to access the box. Depending on your plan, additional authorized users may either be included or added for a monthly fee per the price list.
