A bank safe deposit box is usually tied to an account with the respective bank and only accessible during opening hours. At Trisor Dresden, you do not need a bank account to rent a safe deposit box. Instead, you have round-the-clock access, regardless of opening hours or staff availability. This gives Trisor greater flexibility and independence compared to traditional banks.

Access to your safe deposit box at Trisor Dresden is provided via a three-level security system: 1. Your crypto card serves as the first identification outside the location and allows access to the facility at any time, day or night. 2. Using your personal PIN and card, you enter one of the three private customer cabins. 3. Inside the cabin, the card, PIN and fingerprint are verified. Only after all factors have been successfully confirmed is your safe deposit box released. The location at Schweriner Straße 5 is monitored by security personnel around the clock and regularly inspected.

Yes. At Trisor Dresden, you have access around the clock – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This applies regardless of the plan you have chosen. You can access your safe deposit box at any time; additional fees may only apply if you exceed the access times or frequency included in your plan. However, if access is ever urgent, you will never be denied entry to your safe deposit box – regardless of the day, time or plan.

Yes, every safe deposit box at Trisor Dresden is insured as standard with €5,000. The insurance coverage can be individually increased up to €500,000 per box, allowing you to tailor the protection precisely to the actual value of your valuables.
