Our Management
Dr. Justus Westerburg
Dr. Justus Westerburg has been the managing partner at Trisor since 2022, representing the majority shareholder (QCORE). He is responsible for business development as well as the HR, Finance, and Legal departments. The legal expert holds over 20 years of experience as an advisor for private equity and venture capital funds, as well as for publicly traded real estate companies.
Marco Wild
Since 2021, Marco Wild has been a member of the Trisor management team, overseeing the branch setup and expansion, as well as managing the Operations and B2B Sales departments. Previously, the economist from Cologne led the expansion and partnership acquisition for well-known retail and gastronomy groups including Subway, eyes & more, and audibene.
Neele Weitz
Neele Weitz has been with Trisor since 2020 and became part of the management team in 2023. She is responsible for the Product, Tech, and Marketing departments. Prior to this role, she gained over 10 years of experience in IT management and consulting in the fintech and software development industry. She worked for multinational companies such as IBM and EY, and was a co-founder of a startup.

About Ralf Martin Meyer
Ralf Martin Meyer served in the police force of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg for over 44 years, holding numerous operational and leadership roles during that time – from patrol officer and investigator at the Davidwache to head of the Mobile Task Force, as well as press spokesman and deputy head of the State Criminal Investigation Office. From 2014 to 2023, he served as Hamburg's Chief of Police.
