CEO - Dr. Justus Westerburg
Dr. Justus WesterburgCEO
Dr. Justus Westerburg has been Managing Partner at Trisor since 2022 and represents the majority shareholder QCORE. In his role as CEO (Chief Executive Officer), he is responsible for the areas of Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, and Legal.
As a lawyer with over 20 years of experience, he has advised private equity and venture capital funds as well as publicly traded real estate companies. He has also served as a managing director for various investment companies. His comprehensive expertise in law, finance, and corporate management strengthens Trisor's strategic direction and promotes the company's continuous growth.

COO - Marco Wild
Marco WildCOO
Marco Wild has been a member of the Trisor management team since 2021 and, as COO (Chief Operations Officer), is responsible for branch development and expansion as well as the areas of Customer Service, Operations, and B2B Sales.
Previously, the Cologne economist led the expansion and partner acquisition for well-known retail and gastronomy groups, including Subway, eyes & more, and audibene.

Marco Wild has been a member of the Trisor management team since 2021 and, as COO (Chief Operations Officer), is responsible for branch development and expansion as well as the areas of Customer Service, Operations, and B2B Sales.

Neele Weitz has been with Trisor since 2020 and part of the executive team since 2023. She is responsible for Product Development and Marketing as CPO (Chief Product Officer).
She has over 10 years of experience in IT management and consulting in software development in the financial technology sector, with companies such as IBM and EY in Europe and Asia.

Dr. Herbert Walter
Member of the Advisory Board at Trisor and Board Member at Deutsche Bank
The professional banker worked from 1983 until 2003 for Deutsche Bank Group, most recently as a member of the group's top management. He changed to the board of the Allianz SE holding in 2003, simultaneously also acting as the CEO of Dresdner Bank.
Ralf Martin Meyer
Member of the Advisory Board at Trisor and former Chief of Police of Hamburg
Ralf Martin Meyer served with the Hamburg police for more than 44 years and held numerous leadership positions, including patrol officer, investigator at the Davidwache police station, head of the Mobile Task Force, press spokesperson and deputy head of the State Criminal Police Office. From 2014 to 2023, he served as Chief of Police of Hamburg. Today, he contributes his experience in crime prevention as a member of the Advisory Board at Trisor.
Hadi Teherani
Member of the Advisory Board at Trisor and architect as well as recipient of the Federal Cross of Merit
Internationally award-winning architect and designer. Among his projects, the hospitals of Cologne along the shores of the Rhine and many other international projects have become widely recognized landmarks. He received the Federal Cross of Merit in late 2020.
Security First
At Trisor, security is a top priority. Therefore, not only our employees but also the management are subject to strict and regular checks – both regarding their actions and financial situation. This minimizes the risk of extortion and robbery. Unlike other safe deposit providers, at Trisor it is also not possible for a single person to open the safe alone. If a safe needs to be opened for maintenance purposes, this is done under strict process guidelines and security controls, always involving multiple individuals.
At Trisor, security comes first. Both our management and employees undergo regular audits to minimize risks such as extortion and robbery. Moreover, no safe can be opened by a single individual – maintenance is always carried out under strict security protocols and with multiple participants involved.

Sarah Krivokapic has been heading the Human Resources department at Trisor since 2021 and is a trained psychologist. Her career began as a Human Resources Manager at a renowned investment firm, where she deepened her expertise in personnel management and organizational development. She later worked as a PE/VC investment analyst, gaining valuable insights into the world of investments and corporate strategies. With her broad range of experience, she combines economic understanding with innovative approaches to human resources.
Julian Herche
Service & Operations
Julian Herche has been with Trisor since 2022 and is responsible for the areas of Operations and Service. With his extensive experience in high-end hospitality in Germany, Dubai, and London, he brings comprehensive know-how in customer orientation, service quality, and operational excellence. His focus is on establishing and further developing premium standards in all areas of the company.
