CEO – Dr. Justus Westerburg

Dr. Justus Westerburg has been Managing Partner at Trisor since 2022 and represents the majority shareholder QCORE. In his role as CEO (Chief Executive Officer), he is responsible for the areas of Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, and Legal.
As a lawyer with over 20 years of experience, he has advised private equity and venture capital funds as well as publicly traded real estate companies. He has also served as a managing director for various investment companies. His comprehensive expertise in law, finance, and corporate management strengthens Trisor's strategic direction and promotes the company's continuous growth.

COO – Marco Wild
Marco WildCOO
Marco Wild has been a member of the Trisor management team since 2021 and, as COO (Chief Operations Officer), is responsible for the establishment and expansion of the branches as well as B2B sales.
Previously, the Cologne-based economist led expansion and partner acquisition for well-known retail and restaurant chains, including Subway, eyes + more and audibene.

Marco Wild has been a member of the Trisor management team since 2021 and, as COO (Chief Operations Officer), is responsible for the establishment and expansion of the branches as well as B2B sales.

Neele Weitz has been with Trisor since 2020 and part of the management board since 2023. As CPO (Chief Product Officer), she is responsible for product development and the Operations division.
She has over 10 years of experience in IT management and consulting in software development in the financial technology sector, with companies such as IBM and EY in Europe and Asia.

Neele Weitz has been with Trisor since 2020 and part of the management board since 2023. As CPO (Chief Product Officer), she is responsible for product development and the Operations division.

HR & Marketing - Sarah Krivokapic
Sarah KrivokapicHR & Marketing
Sarah Krivokapic has been with Trisor since 2021, leading the HR department as Head of HR. Since the end of 2024, she has also been part of the executive management, additionally heading up Marketing.
A trained psychologist, she began her career as an HR Manager at a renowned investment firm, where she deepened her expertise in personnel management and organizational development. Further experience as a PE/VC investment analyst strengthened her business acumen and her eye for corporate strategy. With her many years of experience at Trisor, she combines in-depth company knowledge with strategic thinking and a holistic view of the company's ongoing development.

Trisor's advisory board brings together perspectives that are essential for expanding a secure and trustworthy safe deposit box offering. Ralf Martin Meyer is a member who has accompanied security issues for decades in both operational and strategic responsibility.

Ralf Martin Meyer served in the police force of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg for over 44 years, holding numerous operational and leadership roles during that time – from patrol officer and investigator at the Davidwache to head of the Mobile Task Force, as well as press spokesman and deputy head of the State Criminal Investigation Office. From 2014 to 2023, he served as Hamburg's Chief of Police.

Security First
At Trisor, security is our top priority. That is why not only our employees but also the members of management are subject to strict and regular checks, with regard to both their conduct and their financial situation. In this way, we minimise the risk of extortion and robbery. Unlike other safe deposit box providers, at Trisor it is also not possible for a single person to open the vault alone. Should a vault opening be required for maintenance purposes, it is carried out under strict process guidelines and security controls, in which several people must always be involved.
At Trisor, security comes first. Both our management and employees undergo regular audits to minimize risks such as extortion and robbery. Moreover, no safe can be opened by a single individual – maintenance is always carried out under strict security protocols and with multiple participants involved.
