Хранилище Генриха Гейне

In Düsseldorf, right next to the Deutsche Oper and Kunsthalle, a new high-security location from safe deposit provider Trisor is opening. Starting in Q2 2023, the premium depot will offer 5,500 safe deposit boxes available around the clock thanks to robotic automation.

Berlin/Düsseldorf, August 2022. The rapid expansion of Trisor, a specialist in asset security, is directly connected to the widespread closure of bank branches. As financial institutions digitize, more banks are foregoing on-site services, leading to a decline in available safe deposit boxes. However, physical valuables such as gold, watches, documents, and data carriers still require secure storage. Following the successful launches in Berlin and Munich, Düsseldorf is next in line for Trisor’s expansion.

Situated in the heart of Düsseldorf's historic old town, between the Rhine River and Hofgarten, the new Trisor location on Heinrich-Heine-Allee provides a secure place for valuables, personal items, and important documents. This upcoming site, part of a new construction complex, offers not only security and privacy but also an appropriate flair, with interior design by renowned architect Hadi Teherani.

Robotics in the Old Town

The facility on Heinrich-Heine-Allee 20-22 features 15-centimeter-thick walls made of special reinforced concrete, weighing over 100 tons when empty. Inside the vault, specialized technology ensures added security and service: A robot automatically transports the safe deposit boxes to private dispensing terminals. Tenants do not need staff assistance to access their safe deposit boxes. Through a three-factor authentication system involving a chip card, fingerprint, and PIN, they can access their stored items autonomously, 24/7. A complex tech infrastructure with crypto encryption safeguards sensitive data. Additionally, VdS-certified security personnel provide constant protection for the 400-square-meter facility, both inside and out.

Design by the Rhine

To match the attractive architecture of the metropolis, star architect and Trisor board member Hadi Teherani designs the interior of the high-security site. The architect of Düsseldorf’s Three George, who has also worked on the Munich location, focuses on combining security with exclusivity in the design.

Starting in the second quarter of next year, customers will be able to use safe deposit boxes in three different sizes, with reservations already being accepted.

"The necessity of a safe deposit box is unquestionable for anyone who owns valuable items,"

explains Marco Wild, CEO of Trisor GmbH. "We are particularly proud to offer our service in such a prime location in Düsseldorf. We are also entering into partnerships with local banks and other partners who wish to provide a safe deposit box service to their customers."
