A bank customer who wishes to withdraw larger sums of cash faces significant challenges. To obtain the money, the customer must schedule an appointment with the bank – a difficult task, as appointments are often hard to secure in Germany. Additionally, the customer must visit the branch during bank hours – usually only on weekdays and often only in the mornings. The number of branches is continuously decreasing, which further complicates the situation. The withdrawal process itself is cumbersome and time-consuming, as a bank employee must manually provide the cash.

Our Solution: A Simplified and Accelerated Process

At Trisor, we have significantly simplified and accelerated this process for bank customers. After a one-time registration and verification by the bank, customers can initiate cash orders through an online portal we developed. The process is straightforward and user-friendly. Customers can select the desired number and denomination of bills and choose a delivery date, authorize the order via SMS code, and track the status of their order at any time.

Once the order has been processed, the cash is securely delivered to one of our locations by a cash transporter and placed in a safe deposit box. The customer receives a notification and can collect the cash at a time that suits them – our locations are accessible around the clock.
