A New Landmark for Frankfurt

Our location is situated in the Sparda-Bank Tower on Europa-Allee – a new architectural highlight in the Europaviertel that sets standards in architecture, mixed use and sustainability.

The tower not only creates a new gateway to Messe Frankfurt, but also unites a bank, hotel, gastronomy and further services under one roof. This combination creates a particularly vibrant and high-quality environment.

From summer 2026, the Sparda-Bank Tower will shape the Europaviertel as a new central hub. The opening of the Trisor location is planned for the third quarter of 2026.

At Trisor Frankfurt, the vault room remains closed around the clock and is operated fully automatically. Each safe deposit box is transported by a robot-assisted system – without physical access by staff. This means that a robbery during ongoing operations is ruled out. The location at Europa-Allee 66-68 meets the highest security standards, otherwise only found at banks or government institutions.

Your valuables belong to you – and that is why you should have access to them at any time. At Trisor in Frankfurt, you can visit your safe deposit box 365 days a year, around the clock. Thanks to our digital access control, you are completely flexible and never have to follow opening hours. Whether in the morning, evening or at the weekend: your safe deposit box is always there for you.

Our Frankfurt location is secured around the clock by certified security guards. We have modern camera and alarm system monitoring, both on site and through a VdS-certified control centre that can access video surveillance in the event of suspicious activity.

Our Frankfurt customer advisors will welcome you warmly for a personal consultation at our location at Europa-Allee 66-68. In addition, we are available Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm by phone and email.

An exact opening date has not yet been finalised. We currently expect to open in 2026. If you would like to stay informed, the best way is to register via our contact form for the Frankfurt location. This way you will be among the first to receive updates from us about the launch – including information about possible opening promotions once these are confirmed.

At Trisor Frankfurt, you do not need a bank account to rent a safe deposit box. Instead, you have round-the-clock access, independent of opening hours or staff. This means Trisor offers more flexibility and independence than traditional banks.

Access to your safe deposit box at Trisor Frankfurt takes place via a three-level security system: 1. Your crypto card serves as the first identification outside the location and enables access to the facility at any time of day or night. 2. Using your personal PIN and card, you gain access to one of three private customer cabins. 3. Inside the cabin, your card, PIN and fingerprint are verified. Your safe deposit box is only released after successful verification of all credentials. The location at Europa-Allee 66-68 is monitored around the clock by security personnel and regularly inspected.

Yes. At Trisor Frankfurt you have round-the-clock access – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This applies regardless of which plan you have chosen. You can access your safe deposit box at any time; additional fees may only arise if you exceed the access times or frequency included in your plan. However, if there is ever an urgent need, you will never be denied access to your safe deposit box – regardless of the day, time or plan.

Yes, every safe deposit box at Trisor Frankfurt is insured as standard for €5,000. The insurance coverage can be individually extended – up to €500,000 per box. This allows you to tailor the protection of your valuables exactly to their actual value.
