The rental cost depends on the size of the safe deposit box you choose and the rate plan. Trisor offers various sizes – from compact for documents to spacious for jewellery and valuables. A personal consultation is free of charge and non-binding – by phone or on site. You can find more information on our Prices & Sizes page.

Trisor uses high-security vaults with three-level access control: customer card, PIN, and fingerprint. Only you – or persons explicitly authorised by you – have access to your safe deposit box. All locations are monitored by video cameras and meet the highest security standards.

In a safe deposit box at Trisor, you can safely store cash, jewellery, important documents (e.g. will, insurance documents, inheritance documents), mementos, and other valuables. All boxes are suitable for documents in DIN A4 format.

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can designate up to 5 trusted persons who can gain access when needed – such as family members or an authorised person. They will receive their own customer card.

No. A safe deposit box at Trisor works without a smartphone and without an app. For the setup, you only need a simple mobile phone that can receive SMS. Our team personally accompanies you through all the steps.

You can book a consultation appointment online or by phone. To rent a box, you only need a valid ID and an email address. Family members are welcome to come along.

No. Trisor is independent of banks. To rent a safe deposit box, you do not need a German bank account. You only need a valid ID and an email address for communication. Payment can be made without a German bank account, depending on the location and rate plan.
