Pomiędzy Königstraße a dworcem głównym czuwa Trisor

Following its success in Berlin and Munich, the German safe deposit box provider Trisor is expanding into downtown Stuttgart. By the end of this year, approximately 5,500 secure lockers with 24/7 access will be available in the Lautenschlager Areal, spanning around 500 square meters.

Berlin, March 2022. A representative building in a central location and easily accessible by car – this is the standard that Trisor holds for each of its locations. For this reason, the Lautenschlager Areal in the heart of Stuttgart near the main train station will soon host the first branch in Baden-Württemberg. The provider of safe deposit boxes is expanding into the next metropolis where such lockers are scarce. With further closures of bank branches, urgently needed safe deposit boxes for the secure storage of physical valuables are disappearing. Trisor addresses this need with its concept.

Central Safe Deposit Box Service

Upon arrival at Lautenschlager Straße 22, interested parties receive personal consultations. After registration, renters of a safe deposit box have access to their valuables at any time of day or night. A robot keeps an eye on the 5,500 lockers, discreetly retrieving each locker from the vault. Additionally, Trisor operates a counter for the purchase and sale of precious metals at the location in collaboration with a partner.

3-factor authentication and locker keys protect the safe deposit box from unauthorized access. The tenant's sensitive data is safeguarded by a complex tech infrastructure with crypto encryption. Physical security is ensured by a VdS-certified security company. The safe deposit box system and security technology are provided by international market leaders, with partners from the insurance industry aiding in further security measures.

A Vault that Protects More than its Interior

The empty weight of the vault, constructed from special reinforced concrete, is 100 tons, doubling when filled. The ground floor of the building at Lautenschlagerstraße 22 will be prepared by the builders throughout the year, aiming for an opening in the second half of the year. Security seekers can register soon.

The local brokerage firm Colliers provided valuable assistance in locating this site. Additional locations in major German cities will follow rapidly. For this year alone, Trisor plans openings in Hamburg, Nuremberg, Cologne, and Düsseldorf. "As the largest city in Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart marks another milestone for us on the path to a nationwide network," states Marco Wild, CEO of Trisor GmbH. "As an independent company, we see ourselves as an important partner to financial institutions that continue to offer safe deposit box services to their customers despite branch closures. In Stuttgart, we also plan to establish partnerships, similar to those successfully implemented with the Berliner Volksbank in Berlin.
