We are a nationwide, independent provider and are not subject to the usual reporting requirements for banks. Trisor offers customers fully automated and state-of-the-art safe deposit boxes. These boxes are accessible without prior appointment, provide the highest level of security with 15 cm thick reinforced concrete walls, and are delivered by robotics in a secure customer cabin. Such a level of security is not available for private individuals elsewhere. The process from registration to the opening of your personal safe deposit box is quick and straightforward. After online registration and identity verification on-site, you can use the safe deposit box independently.

No one aside from the contractually assigned person has access to the personal safe deposit box. Access rights to your safe deposit box at Trisor can be managed online at any time. This means the owner can grant or revoke access to an additional person. Granting access to a second person is particularly advisable when storing documents like a will or an advance directive in the safe deposit box. If only one person has access, no one might be able to retrieve the documents in an emergency.

You do not need to adhere to specific business hours to access the safe deposit box. Your personal belongings are accessible at any time in a secured customer cabin. The safe deposit box systems are manufactured in Germany by one of Europe’s leading providers. As a customer, you are always on the safe side at our locations.

Our vault system features a state-of-the-art, fully automated safe deposit box facility that offers you round-the-clock access to your valuables without compromising on security. Our vault room is ECB-S certified and made of a combination of reinforced concrete and special diamond drilling protection. This level of security is typically only available at the most modern bank vaults. ECB (European Certification Body) is an accredited and neutral certification body for physical security products, with over 50 years of experience in testing, certifying, and quality monitoring of security technology.

Our Unique Technology

1. Innovative Robotics: Our innovative robotic technology allows you secure and protected access to your valuables through a multi-stage biometric authentication process.
2. First Authentication: A two-step authentication process using an ID card and PIN code to enter the room. You now have access to the self-service area.
3. Second Authentication: A three-step authentication process using a chip card, PIN code, and biometric scan (fingerprint).
4. Robotic Verification: After successful verification by our robot, your box is transported to the dispensing station and released.
5. Opening the Dispensing Module: The lock of the dispensing module opens. You can now open your safe deposit box with your key and access its contents.
6. Return to the Vault Room: Afterward, you can close the box and instruct the terminal to return it to its original position in the vault room.

Your card is encrypted with an algorithm considered unbreakable based on the current state of technology, used for secure encryption by various government agencies. You benefit from sophisticated security technology:

• Only specific features of your fingerprint are stored, which are then matched during verification.
• Fingerprint and authentication data are always stored locally on the card, preventing a central attack and data loss.
• Our access card comes in a designed variant to avoid confusion, but if you prefer an anonymous version, that is also possible.

Additionally, Germany's leading insurance companies trust the security of our locations and offer insurance for your safe deposit box in collaboration with us. Each safe deposit box is automatically covered by our basic insurance, reimbursing you up to EUR 5,000 in case of theft, vandalism, or certain elemental damage. Additional coverage for your valuables is available up to EUR 500,000, which you can apply for directly through your customer portal for 1.5 per mille of the insured value. At Trisor, your valuables are protected against fire/smoke, lightning, explosion, aircraft impact, water damage, burglary, and robbery.

Our first location is in the heart of Berlin - Bachstraße 12, 10555 Berlin. Due to our central location, we are reachable from most Berlin districts in less than 20 minutes by car. At our locations, you will meet two different types of personnel. Our reception staff will explain the system's functionality and assist with any questions, while our security staff ensures 24/7 protection. Our reception staff are present from Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 23:00, and handle activation appointments. Should you have any questions after activation, our staff are available at any time for assistance. They can be contacted in person, by phone, email, or chat. Our security is provided by a well-known security service, with a staff member present at the location around the clock from Monday to Sunday. During peak times, we supplement the security with an additional person outside to ensure maximum safety when entering and leaving the location.
