Frequently asked questions about Trisor

At Trisor the vault stays locked even while the branch is open – a robot brings your box to a private cabin. You can reach your valuables around the clock, with no appointment and no bank account. Insurance cover of €5,000 is already included in every price plan.

A robotic system transports your safe deposit box from the vault to the delivery terminal in your cabin. Nobody enters the vault room to do so – neither customers nor our staff. That removes the typical weak points of traditional installations: open vault doors, key access, and the possibility of putting staff under pressure.

Yes. Access is possible on all price plans, 365 days a year and at any hour. Your price plan determines how many visits at which times are already included; any visits beyond that are billed individually.

No. Trisor is independent of banks. You pay by direct debit, credit card or in cash. If you change bank, your safe deposit box is unaffected.

Every box is covered for €5,000 at no extra charge. You can extend the cover up to €500,000 – up to €30,000 on the Basic plan – and adjust the sum at any time in your customer account. Cover includes burglary, robbery, vandalism and fire, among other risks.

Yes. Only the delivery of your box is automated. Advice and service come from our staff on site and by phone, Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm – with no appointment needed.

For smaller valuables a home safe may be enough. With higher-value assets it reaches its limits: limited burglary protection, restricted cover under household insurance, and no discretion towards anyone who enters your home. The police crime prevention service also recommends storing particularly valuable items off-site.
